About Rooted Standard Consulting
Rooted Standard Consulting was founded after 18 years of hands-on experience in every corner of the bar industry—from chain restaurants like Applebee's to leading as a beverage director in New Orleans. Without a mentor or a roadmap, I built my toolkit from scratch, overcoming industry challenges to create real, usable solutions for hospitality businesses.
